The Culinary Arts and Viticulture & Enology Programs at Western Colorado Community College invite you to join us for a very special Valentine's Day Dinner. As has become our tradition, this dinner will feature two wines with each course. Our theme this year is myth-busting! We will attempt to destroy three myths: red wine should not be served with fish, white wine should not be served with meat, and wine should not be served with spicy foods.
