The Culinary Arts and Viticulture & Enology Programs at Western Colorado Community College invite you to join us for a very special holiday meal inspired by the cuisine of the American Southwest and featuring the wines of Vines 79 and Sauvage Spectrum wineries in Palisade, CO. Proceeds fund scholarships for both programs. Doors open at 6:00, dinner at 6:30.
